Caring is Sexy

www.birminghamkitchentable.com
Last night about 120 people gathered in the McWane Science Center for the 8th gathering of a Birmingham gem - Birmingham Kitchen Table.

People.  Just people. Sitting, eating, talking, laughing - just like the best dinners around your favorite table.

Created by Dr. Andrew Westmoreland, President of Samford University, and Dr. Shelley Stewart, President and CEO of o2ideas, this is one of the best things I've experienced in the Magic City.  Which may mean I don't get out much :)...but more likely it means that if you haven't been to one of these dinners, you are definitely missing out.  Last night's convo about Progress in Birmingham revealed an enthusiasm and excitement about the city and the region and it's possiblities that hasn't been around in a while.  Next dinner will be in April (don't quote me) - hope to see you there!

Until then, stay chic!
